For the first time, the original 1982 vinyl has been meticulously transferred and remastered in digital format, preserving the full warmth and dynamics of its analog source.

Giorgio Gaslini’s 1982 LP Four Pieces, recorded with Anthony Braxton, is a landmark avant-garde jazz collaboration. The album blends Gaslini’s structured, lyrical piano with Braxton’s abstract and exploratory saxophone work.   It’s noted for its playful, dissonant, and raw acoustic textures, with a strong emphasis on improvisation and compositional interplay.   It’s considered a significant entry in the European avant-garde jazz scene.
